We are expanding our design team in Stockholm. Senior Motion Designer wanted.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Motion Designer with a progressive mind set. An individual with the ambition to become the best in the field of design, who is looking for an agency that will facilitate and support this pursuit.

Your profile 

You are a curious motion designer with a understanding design principles across multiple devices. You love to learn a little about everything, but you can also say that you are all about the details. You have a strong creative thinking and can easily articulate your ideas. You are happy in an environment that allows you to develop your skills fluidly, with a team that always has your back and encourages you along the way. You say yes to learning something new, regardless if it’s a new technology, designing a typeface or playing laser dome with your peers. But overall and most importantly, you are a very humble person with a calling.

What we expect from you                                                                                    

— Great knowledge in concept development, storyboard and animation of graphics 

— Great knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite, such as After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop

— Great knowledge in Cinema 4D, including all production such as modelling, texturing, lighting, animation and rendering

— Great knowledge in third party renders such as Arnold or similar

—Knowledge in fundamental sound design and music mix for animation

— Great creative thinking

— Great communicative skills

— Can thrive in a high paced environment and manage different projects and workloads

— Minimum of 2 years' experience guiding and coaching juniors and associates in your field

A plus, but not a require  

— Great understanding of the opportunities and limitations for animation within digital design

— Knowledge in adapting and optimising animations for web, Bodymovin/Lottie

— Knowledge in adapting and optimising moving image content for web

— Knowledge in simulations, with softwares such as X-Particles and Houdini

— Knowledge in After Effects expressions
