Your profile
You are an experienced and curious Technical Project Manager who thrives in an agile environment. You not only bring technical expertise but also a deep understanding of how development decisions impact overall business objectives. Your ability to see the bigger picture enables you to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring projects align with both client goals and business outcomes.
With a strong understanding of UX/UI across multiple devices, you excel at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You serve as a vital bridge between clients, back-end developers, and designers, ensuring alignment across all perspectives and delivering cohesive, real-world solutions.
Your role will also involve effectively assembling and managing teams in relation to assignments, coordinating and project-managing tasks, timelines, and development hours. Your skills extend to providing feedback, following up, and evaluating team performance, while proactively identifying new opportunities to contribute to the agency's business development.
Your communication skills are a key strength, allowing you to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and translate those into clear, actionable tasks for development and design teams. As an organized and detail-oriented professional, you manage multiple projects with ease, balancing competing priorities while ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and with precision.
Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance existing implementations, you consistently focus on optimizing security, performance, and business value. You are not just a developer but a strategic problem-solver who takes the initiative to drive continuous improvement and long-term success.
